I am extremely happy with the service I received from Cortech Plumbing & Heating.
My boiler was leaking and there was a strong smell of gas,which was very concerning and worrying as well.

Found Cortech on Google and rang them about 9.30 am on a Friday morning. The service man, a really helpful guy called Ben was here in 40 mins and sorted the problem immediately. He also helped me find a company who had a replacement unit and parts.

Can you invoice the managing agent rather than the tenant?

Yes. Where an agent or landlord is instructing the work, the quote and the invoice go to them. We agree that at the start, so nobody is confused on the day and no tenant is left settling a bill they did not order.

How do you handle access when nobody is there?

Tell us at booking and we will work to it. Most jobs need somebody to let us in and sign off at the end. Where that is the agent, a caretaker or a neighbour holding a key, we arrange the time around them.

Can you work around a tenant's or a business's hours?

Yes, where the job allows. Isolating a water supply affects everyone on that run, so a shutdown is better done outside trading hours. Tell us which hours suit and we will tell you what can be done inside them.

Do you send photos of the work for the file?

Yes, on request. A photo of the fault before and the finished work after is useful for a landlord who is not on site, and for the property file. Ask when you book and we will send them on.

What do you need from me before the visit?

The address, the fault and how we get in. If you know the building, the floor and whether there is a stopcock inside the unit, that saves time. A photo of the problem helps more than a description.

Do you cover the whole of Dublin 2?
